How long will it take for my WESTIES fur to grow back?
My Westie got spayed about 4 weeks ago and had to have her belly shaved but how long will it take for it to grow back?
Several months to grow back to the length is was before.

with in the next few weeks there wil be lots of new growth. her fur will be back to its lenght in a few months. watch for irratation from the razor on her belly since it can cause razor burns and she will dig and bite at it as the hair grows. if it is itchy apply a good anti itch lotion and keep it clean and dry. keep a lot of tomato juice or skunk off handy just in case she gets sprayed again by pepe le pew. good luck
