Well siamese are usually stereotyped as mean, but the only one I’ve had was sweeter than a bag of sugar, so it all depends on both of the animals. Has the westie been around any other animals, or specially, cats? If so, think about how he/she interacted with them. If Westie always gets along with other animals, you’re chances of it getting along with the cat are pretty good. But if vice versa, it might just be westie doesn’t like competition for your attention
If the results have been roughly half and half, or mostly good with a few negatives, then it’s difficult to say how he/she will react to the cat, so I’d say your best bet is to introduce them as nicely as possible slowly until they are not uncomfortable around each other
