Next year my parents are finally allowing me to get my own dog. I’m getting $700 to pay for the dog and all the supplies. I want to find a *good* westie breeder that can sell me a puppy around $400. Please don’t tell me to get one from the humane society because i’m considering getting one from there too. But my parents don’t really want to get a mixed breed because they are afraid they won’t know anything about it. Thanks.
cheap comes from a BYB and the humane Society will have westies that need re homing
research breeders and get some advice from a vet regarding reputable breeders
but i cant help thinking cheapish means you will probably end up getting any westie at the right price

Rescues are cheaper, so why not go with a breed-specific rescue?

You will not get a decently bred Westie, from a reputable breeder, for $400.00. Cheap = low quality.

put a ad in your local paper…ask around at local vets..get a healthier one that way..
