I have a 2 yr old westie mix and she always had pink skin. I recently noticed that around her butt, ears, back, and underneath is getting a little darker, more like a purple color. It is not dry nor does she itch. Is this something I should see the vet about or is this normal for adult westies??
when there is a purplish look to the skin it may indicate internal bleeding. Have the vet look at her.

She is just getting older. It is like how when your hair changes color when you get older.
