Are there any fellow dog lovers who can help me out please? My mum, who has had dogs for half her life has recently lost two dogs within four months, a 10 year cairn who died suddenly and a 14.5 year yorkie who had to be put to sleep after a year or so of bad health of many things. She is looking to give a 1-4 year old female westie, cairn, cocker spaniel, sheltie type breed to give a good home to. I have looked at the local ads, rescue web sites, she has phoned rescue sites. She is in the process of filling applications for westie rescue at the moment, but does anyone know a dog who would fit the bill please?

there are two rescues that come to mind, both with fosterers all over the country, and people who for the right home are willing to drop them to the nearest fosterer to you. they ar
many tears rescue based in Wales
and
the yorkshire terrier and small breed rescue
both are online, though many tears also have premises.
many tears have alot of westies
