Sorry i should of mentioned they arent proper teddies they are like wee toys that u heat up in the microwave and give 2 the puppy for soothing:) I have got her 2 of them and a soothing blanket x sincee she is only 8 weeks thanks for the answers
It’s looking good so far. That’s really all a dog needs, except some additional treats and playthings in case of boredom. I got my Yorkie back in January ’07, and it was one of the best decisions of my life. She’s so playful, cute, and energetic, and she always keeps us happy when we’re down.
Your puppy will be extremely nervous on the first night. My dog refused to come out of her cage. Don’t touch her too much on the first night. Instead, be as reassuring and nice as you can. Smile and coo at her, without touching her, until she’s coaxed to come closer to you. When you feel that she has some trust in you, pet her softly. Make sure there isn’t a huge crowd over your new dog when she first arrives. The last thing she needs is to be ogled by the whole family. My parents made sure there were two people, at most, going in to see her.
Try playing with her throughout the various rooms in your house so she can get acquainted with her new surroundings and know where to go.
Good luck with your new puppy. Hope you guys will have a fabulous life together!

flea and worming treatment. lots of toys for her to chew (puppys need to chew when they are teething) dont let her chew the teddies the fluff can clogg up there insides x
References :
A warm water bottle under her bed and a clock that ticks. The warm water bottle will mimic being around the puppies and mother and the clock ticking will mimic the mother’s heartbeat.
I’d avoid giving her the teddies, unless those were toys made for dogs.

When we brought our Beagle home 8 years ago, my mother wondered why the dog hasn’t been crying the whole time. The clock in our kitchen was the reason.
puppys need a clock to mimic their mothers heart beat if it really young 0-18 or 20 weeks

flea medicine and shampoo for bathes but don’t bathe them a lot only every one or two months. You should also consider going to classes like puppy kindergarten to get them socializing and train them.
Good Luck with your new puppy!

I hope you have lots of fun with your dog and i hope it all goes well. The one bit of advice i will give is take as many pics as possible, bond with it from the very first day and most importantly dont look at dog walking for example as a chore look at it as a hobby and enjoy.
