How I Can Train My Westie to Respect the Other Puppies Space?

She is a sweet puppy and i know she doesn’t mean to aggravate them but I need to find peace for all of them. The other two are up in age.

Westies are terriers and as terriers they think they own EVERYTIHNG. Its hard to make a dog respect another. Most times the dogs have to sort this out. But terriers are hard headed and are more aggresive in things.
