He ended up look like a laboratory rat after having grooming from Petsmart..They shaved off all his hair in winter time. Now he has most of his hair growing back, just want suggestions from other Westies owners. Thanks for help.

If I can't find a good groomer I always start out by looking in the yellow pages then calling them and asking for refrences someone told me the other day if they do good business and want to continue doing business they shouldn't have a problem giving you refrences, then check them out, also ask around town a little bit about that groomer. I don't like just taking my dogs to just anyone either, you'll probably have to do a lot of research at first, but I think well worth it.
