How Much Is the Full Service Grooming at Petco?

I have a west highland white terrier(westie). And my mom and I tried trimming him, but he won't stay still. He has fur/hair that's covering his eyes, he's starting to look like that dog in the movie, 'Shaggy Dog". There's no prices on the website, so if you had the full service can you please tell me how much it is. He weighs like about 25-30 pounds. Oh and I know you have to have proof that he has his rabies shots, but we lost them. And his old collar had the red tag for the rabies vaccination, but he got them off somehow. Is there anyway I could get the rabies papers again? Thank you, and please answer both ?'s

Your vet can make you a new copy of the vaccination certificate. Just ask.

Petco charges by the breed. A simple phone call to Petco would get all the information you want. I think you might do better on both the grooming and the price if you went to a private groomer. JMO (just my opinion)

    Contact the vet who gave him the rabies vaccination. They should be able to give you the information you need.

    You can find someone who does it in their home….or a small shop…they are not so finicky. I did it for yrs….will probably cost close to $30 if he is matted at all…and even if not…for the first clip it will probably be that much….might depend on where you live also.
    I have not heard they have to have a rabies shot. Because I have a friend who has a kennel and refuses to get rabies shots…..there is no law that says they have to have it here. Her dogs do not roam around are always contained w/in fencing.
