I’ve owned Westies before they’re the only known White Scottish Terrier,so I would say that the Scottish Terrier make up their breed.

Before that selective breeding & culling,they were a MAJOR FAULT in CAIRNS! Culled ,until some aristocrat discovered that numbnuts buddies SHOT fewer white dogs when hunting.
