Does a West Highland White Terrier Shed Hair?

    Yes, they have double coats & require regular grooming. Besides the fact every dog sheds.

    All dogs shed to some degree. I have a Westie and he is a minimal shedder – meaning he is allowed up on our dark blue sofas without leaving a big mess behind.

    That being said, they do have a double coat and require regular grooming to keep it neat.
