What Sound Frequency Really Annoys West Highland Terriers?

And if there is a particular frequency, would you recommend sine, square or sawtooth waveforms?
And I only want it so I can wind up some neighbors’ dog up the road by the way, and please don’t give me any morality bullshit :P

I assume your dog will not give up information on an imminent terrorist attack?
