I would suggest searching petfinder.com for a list of your local shelters that have westies or westie mixes. So if any of your local shelters have west highland white terriers or mixes you could adopt one there. The cost really depends on the adoption fee of the dog. Good Luck with your new puppy(:

Try a Westie Rescue or a humane society. Thanks for trying to adopt one. If you are a first time owner, I don’t recommend a puppy. You need to take that puppy out every 1-4 hours (yes, even in the middle of the night) to train it to pee/poop outside. Puppies need a lot of work. Perhaps an older dog would work better for you lifestyle, say 1- 4+ aged Westie?
