i have a 3 week old west highland white terrier named snowball and he’s having acciedents a lot. i saw some videos on it and went on the internet but nothing seemed to work. so i will take all opinions and tips. thanks so much!

yes by discipline and commands for whatever you want it to learn like when our dog wants out we taught it to ring a bell. We did this by when ever she whined to go out we took her paw and made her ring the bell then take her out until she learned we’d also give her treats for ringing the bell without our help to teach her it was a good thing but don’t give him a treat every time otherwise that’s why they ring the bell

I hope you mean a 3-MONTH old Westie, and not 3 weeks. A puppy should NEVER be taken away from it’s mother while it is nursing. It shouldn’t go til it’s at least 8 weeks old and eating puppy food. You can start house training them at about 12 weeks of age. By that time you will have had enough time to read up on and inquire of your vet, etc. about housebreaking.
