Quite a common question I know but I've always wondered what breed he is. We know theres West Highland Terrier in him but never figured out what else. He was a rescue dog.

I forgot to mention he is quite big, similar size to a fox so I think that rules out Jack russell.

He looks like hes got something medium sized in there, hes a bit bigger than a westie.
As to what it might be im totally lost XD
Some other kind of terrier, as he still has that terrier look ^.^

Very cute dog! I wouldn't worry about what he is mixed with. I am very happy that your rescued him, though. Good job! If someone asks you, just simply tell them that he is a Westie mix. Nothing wrong with that.

But, sorry…I really don't know what breed, lol…all I can see is the Westie, which you already knew. Could the vet or groomer have any ideas?

It does kind of look like a jack russell terrier, Howevere I saw a story on the news where you can give your dog a DNA test to find out exactly what breeds he has in him.
